Yoga

CrossFit Cedar City is very pleased to add Yoga our fitness program.

"This is a CrossFit gym - so why yoga?"

As our members know, we are wholeheartedly committed to a "pure" CrossFit core strength and conditioning model, focusing on optimizing physical competence in ten fitness domains: Cardiovascular and Respiratory Endurance, Stamina, Strength, Flexibility, Power, Speed, Coordination, Agility, Balance and Accuracy.  Though yoga is not a traditional CrossFit program element, you can see that it enhances our offerings while staying true to what CrossFit is designed to be. When member Rachel Smetanka offered her services to us, we were thrilled.

Yoga class is offered Tuesday 7:15 - 8:30 p.m., and is open to the public. Class size is limited, so registration is required. Members may try one class for FREE before enrolling. Please email or register here for this week's class (temporary process).

Pricing
