Located in Cedar City, Utah, Crossfit Crossfit Cedar is housed in a spacious 12,000 sq/ft training facility which allows plenty room for friendly, results driven group classes and one-on-one training. We have all the necessary equipment and apparatus you need to train optimally. We also have a play area for children, Olympic weightlifting platforms, Squat Racks, Gymnastic equipment and much more. We love our classes because they are designed for any and all abilities. A 65 year old can do the same workout as an 18 year old, and it's a beautiful thing. And don't worry, our coaches will help modify movements based on your abilities. We are confidence you will get a great workout and learn something new along the way.

Our CrossFit classes combine elements of gymnastics, Olympic weightlifting, powerlifting, sprinting, rowing and jumping into one program to help you achieve elite fitness. But that doesn't mean you have to be fit before you start Crossfit. This is where you GET fit. You don't even have to know what all those elements even mean. You just have to be willing to try something new. After all, this is the only program capable of simultaneously developing your endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, speed, agility, balance, coordination, and accuracy and is meant to prepare you for anything that life may throw at you. 

All of these principles are applied to a group class where training with your friends does more than make the experience a ton of fun. Our CrossFit classes are all about team spirit and motivation. Whether you consider yourself a competitive CrossFitter or not, seeing others around you perform will instinctively push you to be your very best. Training with others also holds you accountable to staying on track. Miss a workout? It probably won’t go unnoticed. Chances are, you’ll get texts and Facebook messages from your buddies asking where you are. If you are having trouble getting motivated or have a tendency to fall off of the fitness wagon, then this is the place for you.

We understand that group classes aren’t for everyone. Some benefit more in a one-on-one atmosphere before being thrown into a class, or some have specific objectives that aren’t always met in the class programming. Perhaps you’ve reached an athletic plateau or you are not making the type of progress you would like to be making. If any of these relates to you then consider joining us for a personal training session.

These sessions are the most effective and efficient way to achieve your personal fitness goals – especially when the WOD is just not enough to get you to where you want to be. One of the coaches will work with you to help define your goals, conduct a comprehensive assessment of your fitness level, and train you through a program designed specifically for your needs.
