Nick Burns

I am a husband and father of 4 fur children (2 XL dogs and 2 XS cats). I take my job seriously but not myself.  I was always active growing up and competed in everything I could including running, boxing, gymnastics and anything with a ball. In high school I was a multi-sport athlete and 4x State Champion in track and field. I was also a collegiate runner at Southern Utah University.

I have been following Crossfit's methodology since 2014 and couldn’t be more happy with the results I have seen in myself and in my clients. I specialize in Olympic Weightlifting, Sports Specific Training, Endurance, Performance Care and Maintenance, Nutrition and Crossfit, so whatever your goals are I’m confident we can reach them and more.

I train one-on-one and small group settings.
