We understand that group fitness classes can be intimidating if you have never done Crossfit, functional fitness, or weight lifting. We also understand that group classes may not be for everyone.

That's why we offer one-on-one training (or small group training for you and a few friends/family members) which includes a personalized program to fit your abilities and goals. Feel confident knowing that you have eyes on you to help you through your workout and movements.
